A Study on Conjugated Polymers Based onthieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione(TPD) for Organic Photovoltaics |
| 초록 |
Photovoltaic cells based on conjugated polymeric materials have received much attention due to their flexible properties and large-area substrates, which reduces the manufacturing costs.TPD based conjugated polymers are beneficial to broaden absorption regions by lowering bandgap and to increase Voc value. In this study, introducing thiophene as a spacer, D-A polymers incorporated fluorene and carbazole units as a donor and a TPD unitas an acceptor were synthesized by using Suzuki coupling reaction and their optical and phtovoltaic properties were investigated. |
