Fabrication of graphene-based transparent electrode |
초록 |
Chemical Vapor Deposition could make the high quality graphene-based transparent electrode on the large area substrate. However, this process was difficult that the increasing of substrate’s area, such as commercial scale. We introduce the new fabrication processes of graphene using reduced graphene oxcide(RG), graphene nanoribbons(GNRs) and poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT). This technique shows great potential in the large scale fabrication of transparent electrode and its commercial applications. RG is prepared by the modified Hummel method using a weak acid treatment and reduction process at low temperature. And GNRs fabricated from unzipping process of single-walled carbon nanotubes with a high direct current pulse through a pulsed current sintering process. By variation of the concentration of graphene on the PEDOT film, the electrical conductivity and transmittance was controlled. |
