제목 | Effect of n-Butyl amine on Morphology of Zinc oxide Powder by Solvothermal Process |
초록 | ZnO is considered as a promising material and widely used in many fields, such as gas sensors, medical, cosmetic and solar batteries because of its advanced properties such as high specific resistance, wide band gap energy, large exciton, and lowest resistivity, inexpensive and abundance. In this study, we have used zinc acetate dehydrate as starting material with 1-4 butanediol and n-butyl amine as solvents by Solvothermal processes at 120ºC for 12 h. The structure, morphology shape and properties of synthesized ZnO have been characterized by XRD, FE-SEM and UV visible spectrometer. In conclusion, we were successfully synthesized the hexagonal ZnO powders. The morphology of synthesized powders were changed from spherical to slender pin with agglomerated to formed chestnut shell like shape and size of particles were also increased from nano to micro by increasing n-butyl amine amount. |
