제목 | Synthesis of Ternary Polyaniline/Nickel Cobalt Sulfide/ Holey Graphene Hydrogel for Supercapacitors |
초록 | Supercapacitors have attracted considerable attention as high-power energy storage devices in various applications. Active materials such as transition metal oxides, sulfides, carbonaceous materials, conducting polymers can be used as electrodes for supercapacitors. Each of the aforementioned active materials has their own pros and cons. Synthesis of a composite material consisting transition metals, conducting polymers and carbonaceous materials altogether can yield an active material with outstanding electrochemical properties. In this study, we coated polyaniline (PANI) on binary Nickel Cobalt Sulfide (NiCoS)/Holey Graphene Hydrogel (HGH) to get a ternary composite of PANI/NiCoS/HGH. The conducting polymer, PANI, improves conductivity of the composite and has large pseudocapacitance but has low cycling stability which can be compensated by the pseudocapacitor, NiCoS. The HGH was used as a 3D support for coating NiCoS and enhancing electrolyte ions diffusion in addition to improving mechanical stability of the ternary composite. The morphology of PANI/NiCoS/HGH was characterized using XRD, SEM, and EDS. Moreover, electrochemical properties were performed using cyclic Voltammetry tests. |
