제목 Stable Polymer Electronic DevicesUsing Solution Processed Titanium Suboxide as a Buffer Layer
초록 We demonstrated enhanced stability of efficient polymer electronics by using solution processed titanium sub oxide (TiOx) as a buffer layer. Since the transparent TiOx layer has the optical window for visible light range, it is suitable for photoelectric devices. Its electronic properties as an electron transport layer such as relatively deep conduction band is also aided enhancing the efficiency of the electronics. Above all things, TiOx layer acts as a barrier to reduce permeability of harmful external conditions such as oxygen and humidity. Eventually, these positive effects can boost the performance and reliability of devices.
