제목 | Oxygen Barrier Property of Poly(vinyl alcohol)/clay nanocomposites on Polypropylene film |
초록 | Poly(vinyl alcohol) has outstanding oxygen barrier property. Na+-MMT is formation of plate-shaped with an average diameter of approximately one micrometer. PVA/clay nanocomposites were formed intercalation and exfoliation structure by contents of clay. Polymer matrix was affected by added silicate. When clay distribution is made effectively to the PVA matrix, oxygen permeability gradually decreased. In this study, PVA/clay nanocomposites were prepared using coating of aqueous solutions. It was conducted to coating on PP film. As a result, barrier properties were affected by added various clay. In this affect, it investigated that increasing of permeability depend on contents of clay. |
