** Job Description **

- Technical support to the plant, providing solutions to operating problems

- Develop and implement safety, quality, environmental and profit improvement projects

** Qualifications **

1. Education Requirements; Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering

2. Career Requirements; 5 ~ 10 years experience in production/technical area of chemical plant

3. Experience Requirements;

3-1 Have knowledge of unit operations, basic principles and calculations in chemical engineering, general chemistry, P&ID and PFD

3-2 Handling aluminum alkyls, pyrophoric materials and flammable materials

3-3 Pilot/plant test with R&D for new product development or process improvement

3-4 Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up

3-5 Managing operators, facilities and quality control

3-6 Good commitment to a high standard of safety

4. Others

4-1 Good English speaking and writing skills

4-2 Good computer skills (Microsoft office)

4-3 Strategic thinking capabilities, Forward planner, High level of ownership/accountability

4-4 Good communication skills

5. Other conditions

5-1. Train in US for 4- 12 weeks in preparation for the Korean plant startup
