Position:  ACEP PAD Engineer (Junior~Manager Level: Flexible Position)

 

Job Descriptions:

- Design and execute demo. or experiment according to the technical service requests

- Formulation optimizaion and performance testing on beaker level

- Transfer beaker test results to full wafer tests

- Work with DEV and regional TM team to implement and demonstrate new product performance

- Deliver technical data for successful promotion of commercial and newly developed chemical solutions to customers

- Work with QC team to perform incoming product quality analysis and characterization

- Communication between customers and TM team for the better understanding of requirements and promotion of chemical products

- Manufacturing and delivery of R&D samples to the existing and potential customers

- Facility operation and equipment maintenance follow working procedures in the lab according to globally advanced materials standards

 

Qualifications:

- B.S. or M.S. and more in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering

- Electronic Material or Semiconductor/FPD industry preferred: 2~10 years' work experience

- Knowledge of Organic, Inorganic Chemistry/Materials & Physical, Analytical Chemistry

- Fluent in English (verbal/written)

- Experience in IC or FPD industry is a plus (but not essential)

- Experience/know-how with cleaning products or photo ancillaries is a plus

- Understanding of chemistry specially cleaning or etching technology

- Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format

- Capability to utilize analysis equipment

- IC and FPD Fabrication Process Knowledge
