- 암모니아 산화반응에 대한 질문

- 아스펜을 이용해서 암모니아 산화반응을 통한 질산제조공정
에 대한 모델링을 하려고 합니다.
기본적인 화학반응식과 속도식은 찾을 수 있었지만,
아래니우스 식의 frequency factor 에 대한 정보에 대해서는
찾을 수 없었습니다.
이주 내로 찾아야 하는데 여러 문헌을 조사 해 보았지만
찾을 수 없었습니다.
아시는 분 제 멜이나 답장 부탁 드립니다.

속도상수의 온도의존성을 안다면, (주어진 온도범위에서) 아레니우스 식에 대입해서 구할 수 있지 않을까요...? activation energy와 frequency factor 같이 구할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
질산제조공정에 대해서는 워낙 자료들이 많아서 속도상수 자료는 쉽게 모을 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다... 그리고, 이런식으로 추정한 자료를 가지고 모델링을 한 후, 피드백을 하면 어느정도 근사치를 찾아갈 수 있을 거라 생각되는데...
너무 기초적인 답변이라... 도움이 안될 수도 있겠네요...

암모니아 산화반응에 의한 질산 제조공정은 3단계로 이루어지는것으로 알고 있습니다.
암모니아에서 NO 또는 NO2를 생성하고... 흡수탑에서 HNO3를
생성한다고 들었는데..
그렇다면 반응기에서 속도식은 암모니아에서 NO나 NO2로 의
속도식을 써야 하는지요!
그리고..
아스펜이용시 반응기에 대입해야할 속도식과 속도상수..

아... 제가 모델링의 \'모\'자도 모르기 때문에 도움이 못되어 드리는 것 같네요...
질산합성공정은 저도 이전에 관련된 정보들을 찾아본적이 있는데요... 혹시 Encyclopedia of Chemical Technologies라는 백과사전 형식의 핸드북을 찾아보신적이 있나요? 거기에 reference들도 많이 있곤 한데... 도움이 되실지 모르겠네요...
제 기억으로는 15권인가에 있던것 같은데... 기억이 잘 안나네요.
그리고 질산합성공정에서 마지막 물에 흡수하는 공정도 NOx +H2O -> HNO3 형태의 반응이기 때문에 이에 대한 반응정보도 필요하지 않을까 합니다. 이 공정은 워낙 오래된 것이라 너무 많은 정보들이 있어 오히려 필요한 정보를 찾기가 쉽지않을 것 같습니다... 혹시 제 주위에 모델링 하는 친구들이 팁을 좀 알고 있는지 자문을 구해보고,, 도움 되실 만한 것이 있으면 다시 글 올리지요.
