  • 안녕하세요.

     

    어느 석유화학회사에 재직중인 직장인 입니다.

     

    저희 공장의 여러 Plant 중에 가칭 'A Plant' 라는 공정이 있습니다.

     

    이 Plant 안에는 거의 동일한 구조로 이루어진 #1 Train, #2 Train이 있습니다.

     

    각 Train의 Reactor 전단에 Steam Preheater가 있는데

    Shell 측으로는 Feed인 Acetone (liq.) + H2 (gas)가 지나가고

    Tube 측으로는 열매체인 Steam이 지나갑니다.

     

    근데 이 Steam Preheater가 #2 Train은 아무 문제 없이 잘 작동하는데

     

    #1 Train에서는 유독 Hunting이 심합니다.

    (Control Valve의 Tunning 값도 동일합니다.)

     

    현재는 #1 Train의 Steam preheater의 Tube Outlet (Condensate)은 대기(atmosphere)로 빼고 있는데

    좀 처럼 나아질 기미가 보이질 않습니다.

     

    영문으로 구글링을 해봐도 사례도 안보이고 어떻게 해결해 나가야 할지 모르겠습니다.
