Polymer-Metal Schottky Contact with Direct-Current Outputs
A freestanding conducting polymer plate with one side forming a Schottky contact and the other side an Ohmic contact with two different metal electrodes can generate a DC voltage with an output current density as high as 218.6 mu A cm(-2) upon mechanical deformation.
