Synthesis of 4,5,6,7-Tetrahydroisoxazolo[3,4-c]pyridine Derivatives and Their Fungicidal Activities on Plant Pathogens
Various 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrosoxazolo[3,4-c]pyridine derivatives were synthesized in high yields from the corresponding pyrano[3,4-c]isoxazoles via the three step route of ring cleavage, amination and cyclization reaction, and examined their fungicidal activities against six plant pathogens at 250 ppm. Some of them were found to be selectively active on Erysiphe grainis.
