New orchestrated of X-CuTiAP (en, trien, ETA and DMA) nanospheres with enhanced photocatalytic and antimicrobial activities
E-mail:
Newly, a few inorganic metal phosphates such as X- ethylenediamine (en), triethylenetetramine (trien), ethanolamine (ETA) and dimethylamine (DMA)-CuTiAP nanospheres were investigated by hydrothermal method with the optimum temperature at 150℃. Here, the number of x-CuTiAP nanospheres was investigated for several characteristics such as XRD structural analysis with phase orientations parameter, FTIR and Raman spectroscopy, DRS UV Visible spectroscopy, FE-SEM and HR-TEM analysis. The x-CuTiAP nanospheres calculated band gap energy is 3.1 to 3.0 eV. FE-SEM and HR-TEM analysis was confirmed to the sphere like morphology with diameter ranges at1-2 mm, 100–200 nm and 50 nm. The Ti–O & Cu–O groups were evaluated by FTIR and Raman spectroscopy. x-CuTiAP nanospheres in presence of Brilliant green (BG) and Methylene blue (MB) dyes performed an excellent photocatalytic activity under halogen lamps. As a result, the antimicrobial studies for x-CuTiAP nanospheres with Staphylococcus Aureus (St. a) (gram-positive), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Ps. a) (gram-negative) pathogens and Candida albicans (C. a) (fungal) pathogens are enhancing their antimicrobial activity with observed to the higher inhibition. x-CuTiAP nanospheres have very good stability and radical properties.
