제목 Targeting of Peptide conjugated Chitosan Nanoparticles as a Gene Carrier for Cancer Therapy
초록 Targeted polymeric gene delivery system, LMWSC-PEG-RGD (LMPR), was developed by incorporating the αvβ3 integrin-binding RGD peptide (A dimeric RGD peptide, H-Glu[cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Lys)]2, was recently reported to possess high affinity for αvβ3 integrin, into the cationic polymer, LMWSC (Low molecular weight water soluble chitosan) via a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. We synthesized LMWSC-PEG-RGD conjugate and the physicochemical properties of the LMPR were investigated by using 1H-NMR, Dynamic light scattering and Transmission ElectronMicroscope (TEM). The LMPR Nanoparticle was investigated to gene carrier.
