In Vitro Therapeutic Effect of Synthetic Deoxycholic acid conjugated Low molecular Water soluble chitosan for Antimicrobial peptide carrier |
초록 |
To develop the carrier of antifungal agent petide (A2) based on Low Molecular Water Soluble Chitosan (LMWSC). LMWSC was chemically modified with Deoxycholic acid (DA) which in one of bile acid as a hydrophobic group. The nanoparticles (LMDA) using DA conjugated LMWSC were characterization using dynamic light scattering(DLS) and transmitance electron microscope (TEM). The loaded A2 as an antimicrobial peptide LMDA nanoparticles (LMDA-A2) were prepared. The release of drug from nanoparticles was slow and showed sustained release characteristics. Furthermore, at a concentration of less than LMDA A2 nanoparticles showed lower antibacterial activity than free A2 at concentrations higher the nanoparticles showed similar antibacterial activity to free A2. The LMDA-A2 could be used as an exellent antifungal peptide carrier. |
