제목 Self-assembled nanopaticles of hydrophobically-moddified Hyaluronic acid nanoparticles for Anticancer agent Carrier
초록 Self-assembled nanopaticles of hydrophobically-moddified Hyaluronic acid nanoparticles for Anticancer agent Carrier Hyaluronic acid is a natural plycosaminoglycan and is used widely in the pharmaceutical field. To developed chitosan based Anticancer agent carrier, Hyaluronic acid were chemically modified with hydrophobic group of Bile acid (Deoxycholic acid and Lithocholic acid). The physicochemical properties of the Bile acid-conjugated HA (HDs, HCLs) were investigated by using 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering and spectrofluorophotometer. HBs nanoparticles were prepared by dialysis method. Anticancer agent-loaded CBs nanoparticles (HCBs-Aa) were investigated by 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering measurement. The HBs-Aa was investigated to pharmacentcal application as a Anticancer agent carrier.
