Core-shell SnS2@Ag/AgVO3 heterostructure for highly efficient photocatalytic H2 production |
초록 |
Recently, the fabrication of core-shell nanostructures is one of the outmost strategy to realize efficient separation of photoinduced electron-hole pairs for photocatalytic H2 evolution under solar irradiation. In this work, we describe the substantial separation of charge carriers and improved absorption ability in Ag/AgVO3 following the realization of core-shell geometry with SnS2. The core-shell structure of the materials were confirm with SEM, and TEM. The XRD and XPS results also confirm the formation of core-shell SnS2@Ag/AgVO3 heterostructure. The optimum SnS2@Ag/AgVO3 material showed higher H2 than the SnS2 and N-TNB. |
