Preparation and Characterization of ErbB2 antibody conjugated LMWSC-PX-PEG for anticancer activity in Breast Cancer cell line |

In this study, ErbB2 Antibody conjugated LMPXPEG is anticancer activity for breast cancer cell. We used target moiety of ErbB2 antibody for breast cancer cell line. Antihuman epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (anti-HER2) were functionalized and conjugated to the surface of chitosan NPs to achieve preferential receptor mediated targeting to breast cancer cells. To develop highly water-soluble and less toxic paclitaxel analogues, we designed and synthesized of LMPXPEG. The physicochemical characterisitc of LMPXPEG was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was also used to observe the morphology of ErbB2 antibody conjugated LMPXPEG. According the MTT assay of the Antibody conjugated LMPXPEG cytoxicity were measured in breast cancer cell line.
