Deactivation of porcine pancreas lipase was studied. The solutions of native enzyme in phospfate buffer at pH 6,0 were incubated in the temperature range of 30-60 degreesC. The kinetics of deactivation was described by a simple mathematical model and on its basis kinetics parameters were identified.
