INCREASED QUALITY: The cooling time has a crucial influence on the cycle time and is therefore a significant factor in the economy of the injection moulding process. An automatic calculation based on the cavity pressure and the part surface temperature in the cycle permits precise determination of the optimum remaining cooling time, and therefore maximises the efficiency of the process with optimum part properties.
