A static mixer was equipped with a new mixing device and tested for mixing efficiency in water-air system in presence of NaCl by the detn. of elec. cond. changes under step function conditions. The transfer function of the device was developed. The exptl. data agreed well with the data estd. by using the anal. model of the mixing process.
