소디움 아실 이세치오네이트의 합성과 그의 계면활성 연구

Studies on the Synthesis of Sodium Acyl Isethionates and Its Surface Active Properties

초록

지방산과 소디움 이세치오네이트로부터 음이온 계면활성제인 소디움 아실 이세치오네이트를 합성하여 이를 정제하고 각 아실기에 따른 계면활성의 경향을 연구하기 위하여 표면장력, 기포도, 기포 안정도, 분산력, 세정력 및 c.m.c 등을 측정하였다. 그 결과 소디움 아실 이세치오네이트는 우수한 계면활성을 나타내었으며, c.m.c 농도는 1.1 × 10^-4 mo1/1에서 4.8 × 10^-3mo1/1부근에서 추정되었고, 이 때의 표면장력은 26.8dyn/cm에서 36.7dyn/cm이었다

Sodium acyl isethionate, one of the anionic surfactants, was synthesized and purified from the fatty acid and the sodium isethionate. To investigate the tendency of the surface active properties of acyl group, surface tension, foaming power, foam stability, lime soap dispersing power, detergency, and critical micelle concentration were determinded. The results exhibited that sodium acyl isethionates had exellent surface active properties and critical micelle concentrations were measured between 1.1×10^-4mol/l and 4.8×10^-3mol/l. In this case, surface tensions were indicated between 26.8dyn/cm and 36.7dyn/cm.
