Microphase-Separated Structure of Triblock Copolymer Composed of Poly(ε-benzyloxycarbonyl L-lysine) as the Hydrophobic Part and Poly(ethylene glycol) as the Hydrophilic Part
E-mail:
ABA-type block copolymer composed of poly(ε-benzyloxycarbonyl L-lysine)(PCLL) as the hydrophobic part and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) as the hydrophilic one was synthesized and its microstructure was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DTMA). From their results, the block copolymer revealed microphase-separated structrure. The TgS of PCLL obtained by DSC were compared with those of PCLL obtained by DMTA.
