Analysis of deformation and recrystallization textures of shear deformed 1050 aluminum alloy
A study has been made of the deformation and recrystallization textures of aluminum alloy sheets deformed by ECAP. The ECAP was performed under varied shear deformation histories. The deformation textures of the sheets showed mainly the shear deformation textures which were composed of the ND //{111} components and the {001}<110> component. The recrystallization textures of sheets were weak with a slight remaining deformation textures. The deformation textures could be simulated using the rate sensitive model with deformation gradients of FE analysis results. The recrystallization textures were discussed based on slip systems obtained during the deformation texture simulation.
