Titania membrane are attracting much attention because of high water flux, semi-conductivity, photocatalysis and chemical resistance. In this study, microporous titania film was prepared by sol-gel technique for water-selective membrane. The effect of pH value of titania sol on the particle size and pore volume were investigated. Pore sizes of the titania film were mainly controlled by the sol particles and calcination conditions.
