The polymeric membranes composed of commercial separation membrane with cation and anion's group materials were researched by Tokuyama soda Co. The results were known that ionic permeability was easy a fuctional role of ionic concentration and time. Permeability and conductance of ions were experimental only simple same concentration of ions, respectively. The conductance in polymeric membrane is constant in spite of depending on ionic concentration and time.
