Chemiluminescent detection of tear glucose on paper microfluidic devices
E-mail:
Since the hydrogen pcroxide produced by the oxidation of glucosc is involved in a luminescent reaction, the chemiluminescent light intensity also decreased with time. It shows that quantitative analysis of chemiluminescence reaction on paper was possible. The light intensity shown on top of paper was sensitive enough to quantify the tear glucose at low concentration beblow 1mM.
