There are many techniques for separation and recovery of Ru(Ⅲ) from a acidic solution. Tn this paper, batch and column experiments were carried out to investigate separation characteristics of Ru(Ⅲ) by strong basic anion exchange resins such as IRN 78 and Dowex lx8 etc. The effects of ionic group of resins, solution temperature, and the concentration of nitric acid were investigated. And the elution characteristics of Ru(Ⅲ) in the packed column was studied.
