Study on dry sorption of sulfur dioxide and hydrogen chloride with sodium bicarbonate from flue gas of a coal-fired power plant
NaHCO3 was used as a solid sorbent for removing SO2 and HCl from flue gas in a coal fired power plant under operation. The SO2 and HCl neutralization degrees reached 81% and 98%, resp., under industrial conditions.
