Diagnosing the surface quality of an aluminum piston after phosphating treatment
The Ishikawa diagram and ABCD-Suzuki method were used to det. the reasons for incorrect coverage of the Al piston surface with a phosphate layer. The defect resulted from inadequate degreasing of the piston surface.
