Optimizing the development of systems, components and manufacturing processes in the rubber industry in order to save time and costs through specific simulation procedures
Simulation methods Characteristics of components and production Rubber parts, optimized development Neural network Fuzzy logic The strict use of modern development methods, based on the computer aided organization of work, the use of simulation software to predict the behaviour of systems, components and production processes under conditions as in reality and the "possibility of failure and influence analysis" is necessary to get optimized development procedures. The paper shows two optimized development tasks, typical for rubber industries. Results of fundamental research related to one of the examples are explained.
