Reviewed and systematized are main stages of natural resources utilization process at given phases of oil and gas fields development and targets of its participants. Presented ore problems, connected with ecology, such as reduction of field infrastructure length due to enlargement of cluster sites, petroleum gas utilization, localization of field systems, relating to transportation of formation waters and oil with high water-cut, etc. Shown are possibilities for the increase of field facilities ecological safity due to higher efficiency of exploration operations, urgent reprocessing of normative bose for engineering decision making process, creating of data bose for development of ecological insurance.
