다단 실관막형 함침액막을 이용한 코발트와 니켈이온의 분리에 대한 전산 모사

재순환형 다단 실관막형 함침액막을 이용한 코발트, 니켈 이온을 함유하고있는 모액으로부터 코발트 이온의 선택적인 분리에 대한 전산모사가 수행되었다. 층류의 완전히 발달된 유체흐름에 대한 수학적 모델을 수립하였으며, 제안된 모델식은 orthogonal collocation기법을 이용하여 계산하였다. 여러 가지 조업모건 (모액의 pH, 수송체의 농다, 니켈 이온의 농도, 모액의 유속, 재순환비)을 변화시켜가며 전산모사를 수행하였으며, 전산모사의 결과를 이용하여 코발트 이온의 가장 큰 플럭스와 분리계수를 갖는 최적의 조업조건을 검토하였다.
Selective separation of cobalt ion from a feed solution, which contains cobalt and nickel ions, using a multi-stage hollow fiber supported liquid membrane (HFSLM) process with recirculation was analyzed to evaluate the design parameters. Mathematical models based on mass balance of a fully developed and a laminar flow in a cylindrical geometry were established. The model equations could be solved by using an orthogonal collocation technique. The effect of various operating conditions such as pH in the feed phase, carrier composition, nickel ion concentration, circulation flow rate and recirculation ratio was simulated. The optimum operating conditions for the highest flux and separation factor of cobalt ion were determined by the simulation results.
