활성탄의 물리적 특성이 유기액계 전기이중층캐패시터의 성능 및 전기화학적 거동에 미치는 영향
Effects of the Physical Properties of Activated Carbons on Organic Electric Double Layer Capacitor's Performance and Electrochemical Behavior
We prepared activated carbon using petroleum cokes as raw material that activated during 1~2 hours by temperature of 800 ℃, 900 ℃ after impregnated to various weight ratio. Capacitance is increased in proportion to surface area and pore volume of activated carbon, is affected to distribution ratio of micropore and mesopore, too. Capacitance of electrode with 1M LiClO4/PC+DME as electrolyte is better than 0.65M TEABF4/PC, but energy density of latter is better.
