Microorganisms were isolated from the ancient buddhitic painting(ko-hung su-do-aum shil-sung buddhistic painting and song-kwang temple sam-sae buddhistic painting). The major microorganisms from them were isolated fungi 94 groups, (Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp.) and bacteria 35 groups and identified as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillous fumigatus, Aspergillus versicolor, Chaetomium globosum, Tritirachium oryzae, Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma hazianum.
