This study is on the manufacturing of color chip, the standard sample of HiDe VIT which is being spotlighted as exterior materials of leather shoe-shop. The conventional visual test is possibly to be replaced by the morphology using analysis instrument, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The condition of physical property is measured by scanning electron microscopy. The condition of smooth is measured by image analyzer. Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer is used in the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The degree of gloss is measured by glossmeter. Colour analysis instrument is used to analyze the relation of colour coordination depended on Hue, Value, and Chroma.
