단백질의 역추출 공정개선을 위한 미셀계면의 특성 제어

소량의 카르복실산류, 티올류, 비이온계면활성제류 그리고 단백질의 첨가가 역미셀계의 미셀-미셀 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 퍼콜레이션 현상으로 실험 조사하였다. 역미셀계의 퍼콜레이션은 첨가제의 종류, pH, 그리고 첨가제의 농도에 크게 의존되었다. 첨가제는 그것의 소수성이 강할수록 미셀간의 상호작용을 억제하고, 친수성이 강할수록 미셀간의 상호작용을 촉진시켰다. 첨가제가 양의 βt값을 가질 때 미셀-미셀 상호작용을 억제하며 단백질의 역추출율과 역추출속도를 증가시켰다.
The effect of small amount addition of additives such as carboxylic acids, thiols, nonion-surfactants and protein on micellar-micellar interaction of the reverse micellar system (RVMS) has been studied by the percolation phenomena. The percolation of RVMS is highly depend on the species, pH and concentration of added additives. Among the additives, the hydrophobic molecular suppress the micelle interaction while hydrophilic molecular promotes it. Also, the addition of positive βt suppress the cluster formation of reverse micelles, remarkably improve the back-extraction processes of protein.
