Alloy nano particles of ZrVFe have been synthesized by thermal plasma in order to manufacture Getter which has excellent absorption efficiency for elimination of impurities gas in PDP cell. we have studied on characteristics of alloy nano particles according to changing plasma input current in thermal plasma process. By increasing plasma input current, we have synthesized alloy nano particle whose diameter is less than about 50nm and larger surface area of particle.
