전기방사를 이용한 Cellulose triacetate 극세섬유 제조
Preparation of Ultrafine Fiber Web from Cellulose Acetate by Electrospinning
Cellulose triacetate dissolved in various solvent system was examined for electrospun to prepared the regular ultrafine fibers. MC(methylene chloride), MC/ethanol, MC/DMAc, MC/THF were used as single and dual solvent systems. The electrospinng condition was fixed for the all the injecting materials by 1ml/hr of flow rate, 10cm of tip-to-collector distance(TCD) and applied voltage was 18kV. The morphology and structure of electrospun cellulose triacetate fibers were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). In terms of diameter size and morphology of cellulose triacetate fibers, MC/DMAc(8:2v/v) dual solvent system gave the most fine electrospun fiber having approximately 100nm and fibers morphology were most uniform.
