Styrene-Butadiene 고무에 의한 실리카겔의 광그라프트화 반응

초록
Styrene-butadiend 고무(SBR)를 시클로헥산에 녹여 실리카겔과 함께 254nm의 자외선을 쪼인 결과 8∼15% 정도가 광그라프트된 실리카겔을 얻었다. 얻어진 실리카겔은 입도가 증가하고 서로 응집된 형상을 보였다. 자외선을 조사하는 동안 SBR은 광분해 및 광산화되었고, 이중결합의 광이성질화반응도 일어났다. 실리카겔에 SBR이 광그라프트되는 반응메카니즘을 제안하였다.
Silica gel photografted with styrene-butadiene-rubber(SBR) with yield of 8∼15% was obtained by irradiation of 254nm UV light in cyclohexane. The silica gel thus obtained had coagulated structure and an increased particle size. During the irradiation of UV light, SBR underwent photooxidation. photodegradation, and photoisomerization. A reaction mechanism was proposed for the formation of SBR photografted silica gel.
