스타형 폴리락티드의 가수분해 거동
Hydrolysis Degradation of Star-shaped Poly-L-lactide
초록
락티드를 stannous octoate촉매로서 개환중합하여 선형 폴리락티드를 중합하였고, 펜타에 리트리톨을 첨가하여 스타형 폴리락티드를 제조하였다. 스타형 및 선형 폴리락티드의 가수분해 거동을 분석한 결과, 스타형 구조는 chain arm의 수가 많으므로 초기에는 직선형 수조보다 분자량의 감소가 지연되었으나 어느 시점 이후에는 오히려 가수분해가 가속되는 현상이 관찰되었다.
The poly-L-lactide was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide with stannous octoate. Star-shaped poly-L-lactide was also prepared by the addition of pentaerythritol. The hydrolysis degradation behavior of linear and star-shaped poly-L-lactides was investigated. The star polymer showed a lower decrease rate of molecular weight than the linear one in the initial stage since it has multi chain arms.
