A solid-state O-17 NMR study of beta-glycine: High sensitivity of O-17 NMR parameters to hydrogen-bonding interactions
We will present a solid-state O-17 NMR study of beta-glycine and demonstrate that O-17 NMR parameters are highly sensitive to the local molecular structures, in particular, hydrogen-bond environments, indicating that, potentially, solid-state O-17 NMR is a powerful tool for investigating the polymorphs of drugs.
