Polymeric helical motifs from the self-assembly of silver salts and pyridazine

Helical coordination polymers have been obtained from the self-assembly of silver salts and the bidentate pyridazine (pydz), which include [Ag(pydz)](NO3), [Ag(pydz)](CF3SO3), containing 2(1) helices of different periods, and the unusual 4(1) helical species [Ag(pydz)(2)]-(BF4).
