Model of unsteady-state heat transfer in the reaction calorimeter operated in a batch and semibatch method has been proposed. To compensate the accumulation of heat in the reactor wall a special definition of the heat exchange driving force has been proposed. The value of the time constant specific for the applied experimental system has been derived from the theoretical analysis.
