In order to improve efficiency of dye sensitized solar cells(DSSC), we conducted various surface treatments on porous surface of TiO2 photoelectrode used in DSSC using atomic layer deposition techniques of various conditions. The alumina and titanium films were deposited on various types of very complex structured porous photoelectrode surface of DSSC using TMA and TTIP as Metal precursor, respectively, and water vapor as reactant under various conditions; the feed and purge time, process pressure. And we investigated the efficiency gained from this various surface treatments. |
